VISUALIZATION..... means the ability to see what is yet to happen! This is an amazing technique to manifest your desires. Some people used to talk of daydreaming as something when individual dreams of fulfilling his/her own desires and gets excited. But later realizes that it was just a daydream. On the other hand, "Mindful Visualization" is a tool to get your desires into reality if done in a proper way. Meditation is the key technique to gathering your thoughts, to increase your ability to be able to improve focus. So, let's start meditation daily for at least 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. Visualization exercises and positive thinking are key tools for self-improvement.
